Why SMS Messaging with the Chanda Center?
The Chanda Center for Health is utilizing SMS messaging based on participant requests. For those we serve, SMS messaging allows accessible and timely communication between the Chanda Center for Health and its enrolled participants (patients) regarding appointments, service enrollment, ongoing resources, etc. Participants who utilize SMS to communicate with the Chanda Center for Health can expect to receive messages specific to their enrollment, services, and resources. Message frequency varies, and message & data rates may apply. Participants can Opt-out of SMS at any time and seek support by contacting us at [email protected]. Phone numbers are not shared with third parties when participants Opt-in.

SMS PRIVACY POLICY
Participants who utilize SMS to communicate with Chanda Center for Health will be protected by our Privacy Policy, which includes the provision that Chanda Center for Health staff (i.e. care coordinators, scheduler, etc.) will be the only individuals to access your number for SMS (texting) upon opting in.
Participant information is not shared with external parties. Participants can contact the message sender by replying to the message or emailing [email protected].
